Full Job Description:
Experience requires in Quick Books, MS Word, Excel
- General office duties including filling, Enter Bills and open mails.
- Administrative duties include payroll assistance
- Processing and recording payroll and working with payroll company
- Day to day bookkeeping, coordinating and supporting financial chart of accounts
- Preparing financial reports using Quickbooks
- Assist in miscellaneous human-resource-related and record-keeping tasks
- Experience assists with billing, invoicing, office administrative support or similar field.
- Performing general office duties and errands.
- Assist with other projects and activities as needed
- Good researching and organizational skills.
Other Important areas of work:
- Maintain Mass tax connect Department of Revenue and The Department of Unemployment Assistance payments inputting and data Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) information on Social Security and Medicare taxes
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable for payments
- Data entry and organize computer-based information
- Processing payroll and maintaining QuickBooks online
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and all payments for company
- Recognize and address problem areas and issues
Experience:
- Bookkeeping 2 year (Preferred)
- administrative assistant, 2 year (Preferred)
- Work in office
- Quickbooks 2 year (Preferred)
